ASPAC2024 Organizing Committee Travel Grants Announcement

The ASPAC Organizing Committee is delighted to announce the availability of Travel Grants aimed at assisting early-career researchers with travel expenses incurred while attending the conference.

Criteria for application

1. International (Non-Korean) participants are eligible to apply for the Travel Grants.
2. Eligible applicants include psychiatrists, psychiatry trainees, and medical school students.
3. Applicants must be registered for the conference and have completed payment by the Early Bird registration deadline.
   
4. Applicants are required to submit their CVs.

Additional Information

• Travel grants are awarded to applicants regardless of nationality or age, with each person receiving a total of $700.
• Applicants will receive notification of their grant status via email at a later date.
• Subsidies will only be provided after ID verification on the day of the event.
• Please note that grants are only awarded to applicants who have paid the registration fee.
