Submit Abstracts

Deadline for Abstract Submission : July 31(Wed) 2024 (KST)
Notification of Acceptance : August 30(Fri) 2024 (KST)

The ASPAC is inviting researchers from around the world to share their research and discuss the latest topics in geriatric psychiatry. Abstracts can be submitted online, and acceptance will be finalized after review by the ASPAC2024 Academic Committee. Registration must be done separately from submitting the abstract, and presenters must register separately.

*After submission, you can review and modify your abstracts at ‘My page’ until the submission deadline.

Abstract Submission Guidelines

• Abstracts must be written in English
• Abstracts should have a minimum of 200 and a maximum of 300 words.
• Abstracts should include TITLE, AUTHOR(S), INTRODUCTION/BACKGROUND, OBJECTIVE, METHODS, RESULTS, CONCLUSION, and KEYWORDS.
• In addition to original articles, clinical cases and literature reviews are also welcomed.
• No tables or images are allowed.

Additional Information

• No changes to the abstract(s) will be allowed after the submission deadline.
• It is the responsibility of the authors to ensure that their text does not contain typos or grammatical errors.
• The right to publish your abstract is granted to the ASPAC2024 Organizing Committee.
• Presenters must register for the competition through the website and complete payment in full by Monday, September 30, 2024.

Notification of Acceptance

• Authors of accepted abstracts will be notified via email by August 30, 2024.

Withdrawal of Abstracts

• If the presenter of the accepted abstract does not register by the presenter registration deadline of Monday, September 30, 2024, the accepted abstract will be withdrawn.
• If you would like to withdraw an abstract, please notify the ASPAC2024 Secretariat (support@aspac2024.com) by email as soon as possible.

초록 작성 가이드라인

• 초록은 영문으로만 작성하며, 최소 200단어, 최대 300단어로 작성하여 주십시오.
• 초록에는 TITLE, AUTHOR(S), INTRODUCTION/BACKGROUND, OBJECTIVE, METHODS, RESULTS, CONCLUSION, and KEYWORDS가 포함되어야 합니다.
• 원저 외에 증례, 종설도 가능합니다.
• 표나 그림은 수록할 수 없습니다.

• 제출 마감일 이후에는 초록 내용을 변경할 수 없습니다.
• 본문의 오탈자 및 기타 오류에 대한 확인은 저자 본인의 책임입니다..
• 제출된 초록에 대한 출판 권리는 ASPAC2024 조직위원회에 부여됩니다.
• 초록 발표자는 2024년 9월 30일(월)까지 학회 등록 및 등록비 결제를 모두 완료하여야 합니다.

초록 승인

• 제출된 초록이 승인될 경우 2024년 8월 30일까지 저자의 이메일로 통보됩니다.

초록 철회

• 초록 발표자가 2024년 9월 30일(월)까지 학회 등록 및 등록비 결제를 완료하지 않을 경우 초록 승인은 자동으로 취소됩니다.
