Standard(Online) Registration – Aug 1 (Thu) – Nov 20 (Wed), 2024, 11:59pm KST

On-Site Registration – Nov 29 (Fri) – Nov 30 (Sat), 2024, 11:59pm KST

ONLY Online registration is available at the conference website.
The registration will not be complete until you have paid your registration fee,
and the confirmation letter of registration will be send via email.

*Please note that KRW 100,000 = approximately USD 75
*Welcome Reception is free for all participants

Cancellation and Refund Policy

– All refunds will be made after the congress.
– Cancellation must be notified to the secretariat by e-mail.
– All bank charges for remittance must be paid by the registrant.

등록비

*현재 노인인증의 과정 수련 중인 전문의는 심리학, 간호학 등 기타분야 전문가, 전공의, 수련생, 연구원, 학생에 해당
*심리학, 간호학 등 기타분야 전문가, 전공의, 수련생, 연구원, 학생의 경우 포스터를 제출하면 등록비 면제 (등록비 면제는 제1저자만 가능 – 국내만해당)
*연좌장, 임원, 고문은 등록비 면제입니다.

등록 절차

*등록 비용을 지불해야 등록이 완료되며, 등록 확인서는 이메일로 발송됩니다.
*등록 확인서를 이메일로 받지 못한 경우 사무국에 문의하시기 바랍니다.

환불규정

– 등록 취소 시 반드시 이메일로 취소 내용을 사무국에 접수 후, 사무국과 취소 확인을 해주시기 바랍니다.
– 정기 등록 기간이 지나면 환불이 되지 않습니다.
– 모든 등록비 환불은 학회 종료 후 환불에 필요한 수수료가 공제된 후 지급됩니다.
