Presentation Guideline

Poster Exhibition Schedule

Hang your poster for one hour between 08:00 and 09:00 on Nov 29 (Fri).
Please refer to the size below, print out the poster, and bring it to the venue.
Posters should be readable by viewers from 1.5 meters away.
The poster title, author(s)’ names, and affiliations should appear at the top.
Posters should display the main contents or results of the research.
Please check the poster number on the poster panel installed at the venue and attach your poster accordingly.
3M double-sided tape and adhesive tabs will be available to attach your poster to the panel.
All posters and materials must be removed from the Poster zone between 15:00 and 18:00 on Nov 30 (Sat). The ASPAC2024 is not responsible for posters that remain after the removal time.

11월 29일(금) 8시부터 9시까지 한시간 동안 포스터를 부착해 주세요.
제시된 사이즈를 참고하여 포스터를 직접 출력하신 후 행사장으로 가져오시기 바랍니다.
포스터의 글자 크기는 1.5미터 떨어진 거리에서도 잘 읽을 수 있어야 합니다.
포스터의 상단에 제목, 저자 이름 및 소속을 기재합니다.
포스터에는 연구의 주요 내용 또는 핵심 결과를 반드시 제시하여야 합니다.
행사장에 설치된 포스터 패널에서 각자 포스터 번호를 확인하고 지정된 장소에 포스터를 부착해 주시기 바랍니다.
포스터를 패널에 부착하실 때는 제공되는 3M 양면 테이프와 접착 탭을 사용하여 주십시오.
11월 30일(토) 15시~18시 사이에 각자의 포스터와 자료를 수거하여 주십시오. 남아 있는 포스터는 이후 별도의 통보 없이 일괄 폐기되며, 이에 대해 ASPAC2024 는 일절 책임지지 않습니다.
