Abstract Submission

Guidelines for Submission

  • Abstracts must be submitted in English.

  • Abstracts should have a minimum of 200 and a maximum of 300 words.

  • Abstracts should include TITLE, AUTHOR(S), INTRODUCTION/BACKGROUND, OBJECTIVE, METHODS, RESULTS, CONCLUSION, and KEYWORDS.

  • Non-standard abstracts, such as clinical cases, literature original articles, clinical cases, literature reviews are also welcomed.

  • No tables or images are allowed.

Additional Information

  • No changes to the abstract(s) will be allowed after the submission deadline.

  • It is the responsibility of the authors to ensure that their text does not contain typos or grammatical errors.

  • The right to publish your abstract is granted to the ASPAC 2024 Organizing Committee.

  • Presenters must register for the competition through the website and complete payment in full by Monday, September 30, 2024.

Notification of Acceptance

  • All submitted abstracts will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee according to standard review procedures.

  • Abstract acceptance will be notified by email to presenting authors on the notification date(Aug-30-2024).

  • Authors of accepted abstracts will be notified via email by August 30, 2024.

Withdrawal of Abstracts

  • If the presenter of the accepted abstract does not register by the presenter registration deadline of Monday, September 30, 2024, the accepted abstract will be withdrawn.

  • If you would like to withdraw an abstract, please notify the ASPAC 2024 Secretariat (ysh@jeolho.com) by email as soon as possible.
